Canadian Cent Collectors I Need Help

scott3270 Pillar of the Community United States 1116 Posts	Posted 04/21/2009 9:27 pm i would like to know what coins do I need for a complete date and mint mark set of canadian cents that were in circulation from 1900 to present. I have most of the coins from 1900-2008. but where I run in to problems is for instance the 1998-w cent did the coins with the w circulate. i guess the best way to ask this question is what dates had mintmarks and what dates had commemoratives that circulated like the 1967 coins Report this Post to the Staff

Dollar1948 Pillar of the Community Canada 636 Posts	Posted 04/21/2009 9:42 pm I wouldnt try finding a cent with a W mint mark. All W mint marked coins were never issued for circulation, but on in sets. The only commerative 1 cent I can recall is the 1967 as you have indicated. Once 1999 hits a P mint mark surfaced, and then in 2006 a Circle M type mint park surfaced.
