Hello I would like to get opinions on this coin on whether it is an 4/3 overdate.

Thanks so much.

I moved your thread to the proper section. Not seeing a 4/3

Why do you think this is an overdate?

Coinfrog, it looks to me at the top right of the four there is appears to be what could be part of the 3 and then on the left side top of the 4 there appears to be a line.

This may help. I don't see anything but I don't know this variety.

PCGS has a decent write-up and reference image. Apparently the most prominent feature is that little bulge sticking out of the right side of the four. Then some weaker straight lines prodtruding from the top of the four to the left. This coin is really weathered, and we would need a zoomed in, focused image of the 14 to even make a guess. Just my opinion, ofc.

I see something there, but it is not the 4/3 overdate. Brandmeister posted a nice link to what it should look like.
