Hi, helpful experts out there! I was hoping to get opinions on what happened on this coin. I call it my Mummy Coin and it keeps me out a bit. At first, it looked like post-mint damage as someone scraped it precisely. But not sure looking at it closer. Someone with a better eye and experience I'm sure could tell. Thanks for looking at this.

Yes sorry but this is 100% mechanical damage. It should be somewhat underweight.

Whether it was ground, sanded or filed the end result is a damaged quarter.
