Looks MS-66RD but not sure the fees would be justified.

You'll never get your money back. Allready slabbed PCGS MS66 are selling for under 30$ and I don't think your cent could make 67

Obverse high point weakness, a few column ticks on the memorial. Obverse field polishing detracts a bit. Looks to be around 66RD.

first just a comment on MS67...MS67 is not a perfect coin. there are 2 grades higher. actually 3 but MS70 is unattainable in business strikes. die polish lines do not affect grade.

obv has a few rim ticks, one or two small marks on the lapel(I'm seeing this on many of the slabbed coins), bowtie is flat where it meets the lapel (I'm seeing this on many of the slabbed coins). very clean shoulder. fields are void of any issues

rev a couple very small ticks on rim, 3 ticks on columns, steps a little week with a ding on the bottom step which many 67's have. fields look really clean with the exception of a duller area below steps (could be lighting). look at that area in-hand

compare this coin to other 67RD coins

at worst MS66+RD. I think the coin has a good shot at 67RD based on other graded ones if that area below the steps is intact
