Neck & cap chatter look to be too much for a 6. I'm at a ms-65, nice coin!
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

the 98(O) are known for above average strikes. i'd say this one is bold and sharp especially the reverse. full uninterrupted luster as far as I can tell. reverse is a solid 66 imo. coin is no less than MS65 overall but 66 is most assuredly on the table and would be my grade. may 66 graded coins have these small scuffs like this. they would however keep it out the 67 range

the mark on the field in front of the nose, scuff on eyebrow, rub on bonnet and scuffing on neck all contribute to holding the coin short of 67. 66+ is nice grade for this coin
