I went to a bank today and got ten rolls of cents, four of which are 2008-D. Well, I assume they are. Three of the rolls have the reverse facing out on both ends, and the only one with an obverse facing out is a 2008-D. They are in "shotgun rolls." Shotgun rolls are the paper rolls sealed on both ends, right?

Anyway, does anyone have any advice for these? Are there any known varieties? I'll probably break one open for my Dansco, but what about the others?

One more thing, the teller had more of these. Should I get more, or are they not worth keeping?

I don't know if these really carry a premium. I also have around 30 rolls of 2008 D penny. If this is the last Memorial cent then it probably won't be worth much (the 1958 Wheat cent is one of the most common wheat cents).
