Who graded this one - the label look NGC'y but not at the same time.

I took the pictures but the plastic cover does not help because of reflection

Very nice coin. Love the counterclash. And error coins rarely go MS66 so guessing it's pretty sharp.

I'm not doubting the MS-66 grade on this coin, I just don't understand it.

I was going to say ALL errors are uncommon but knowing somebody will chastise me for saying that, MOST errors are uncommon if not one of a kind - so if the price is right and you like it - Go for it. We only live once
