AU details (polished). personally I would rather have a cleaned coin than a polished one. not sure why. when I see a polished coin I always consider it trashed and only worth melt unless its a rare bird

I agree with AU-55 cleaned. I don't agree that it is polished because much of the original luster remains.

My guess is the original owner visited USA long time ago and bought this lot and took it with him

a dead giveaway for polishing is what I call melted devices. the first and 3rd obv photos show this. when looking at the higher points on the devices like the hair the metal appears melted. this occurs when the coin was polished hard enough to generate heat which typically occurs when something mechanical is used. 86(P) are typical very sharp and the detail in the hair and surrounding devices do not have that look
