panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18640 Posts	Posted 05/11/2024 08:25 am a dead giveaway for polishing is what I call melted devices. the first and 3rd obv photos show this. when looking at the higher points on the devices like the hair the metal appears melted. this occurs when the coin was polished hard enough to generate heat which typically occurs when something mechanical is used. 86(P) are typical very sharp and the detail in the hair and surrounding devices do not have that look Report this Post to the Staff
