1951 Canadian Cent Question If This Is An Error Orrrr?

I thought it might be a mess up while it was made but I can't find anything like it online so I'm not sure if that's the case. Does this look like some sort of error? I appreciate any responses. The edge and rim look strange, almost as if someone was trying to make a Magician's coin by removing the reverse. And then it looks like things went wackers. There appears to be a 1951 date in a metal that is not bronze and looks like solder. All I can see is a science experiment gone wrong. Report this Post to the Staff
