Looks details ED to me. All of the darker areas being formerly covered with verdigirs that has since been removed. That or some sort of cleaning that left all of the dark hallowing.

Admit the obverse may have been lightened, but still think it will striahgt-grade.

i think it had a cleaning at some point quite a while ago. i'll agree with XF40. it could use a verdicare soak however there are two scratches on the reverse one under the N in ONE and the other between the N and T in CENT. if you soak this one it would clean it up however it may enhance these. tough call. i'd probably leave it as is to avoid that as I'm not seeing any signs of PVC
