The Croatian kuna (abbreviation: kn, ISO code: HRK) was the official monetary unit of the Republic of Croatia in the period from May 30, 1994 to December 31, 2022. One kuna was divided into one hundred lipa. The kuna was convertible and considered a stable currency. The money was issued by the Croatian National Bank, and the coins were minted by the Croatian Mint.
