I have a couple of questions about this coin. Curious of the grade, and does being a woodie along with a rpd increase its value any?

I'll say this is a woodie, AU-55.

i'd call it AU55 as well. my only concern (could be the light/photos) is that my eyes are seeing a green tone overall on the coin that could be a light coating of PVC. if it was mine i'd acetone it just to mitigate anything see how it looks and then possibly a verdicare soak if its warranted. this would change the look of this coin so before venturing into this take a close look at it in hand to see if you see the same thing
specifically I'm seeing some imbedded around the neck beads and in the hair under RTY as well as along LIBERTY itself. there are other areas but these are the areas I can see the best

Thanks for the feedback everyone. @panzaldi, man you've got impressive eyes, there's no way I would have spotted that green tint without you pointing it out. I like the look of the coin but @$40, it seems too high for an au IHC.

Without any signs of luster I'd be at AU-53 on this one.

the photos are sharp enough to see through the toning plus it takes looking at a lot of coins. sometimes its lighting but I feel pretty confident about the PVC. it does not seem like it damaged the coin in any way so I think it can be removed. the problem is whether you would use acetone or verdicare it would probably change the look of this coin
