Hi, I found a 1969 2c with no "SD" and missing "ELIZABET" and the 1 in the date. Is this rare error for 1969? What's this coins approximate value?

Looks like a Greaser. Value wouldn't be much, since it's heavily circulated and worn.

There's an un-naturally sharp line, behind the queen's shoulder, between the brown and pink areas of the obverse. Given how the oxidation has been removed around the obverse and not the reverse, I'd assume someone has buffed it away (post-mint damage), rather than a grease-filled die.

The coin was cleaned in olive oil. One side was really gunked up.
