I found this 1997 P Dime that shows what looks like an extra flame on the left side of torch. Is this a recognized variety for sending off for further examination or common for those years of dimes? I see something just under the E in STATES, but it looks more like a contact mark in the field than a raised area and it's completely detached from the flame.
