1955 Lincoln Cent Reverse Error's?

Please help me to determine what type of error's are on the reverse at 3 o'clock-on the leaf and 7 o'clock-on the leaf. I did not provide a close up of the 7 o'clock error, but I will if needed.

I agree with die chips and the obverse has a nasty fingerprint.

You could do a complete FBI criminal profile with that fingerprint on the obverse.
