Left arrow has the 3/4 feathers, but hard to see in photo

My concern is very dim presence of 'United' and 'States'. In fact the 'S' in 'States' is almost gone.

Would this just be considered a weak strike? I have doubts due to the beautiful condition of the coin. 'We' is very clear in the banner, and the shield is all there.

Would like to know your thoughts.

Obverse image in particular is too blurred for evaluation.

A constant issue with my little dog. I swear, he leaves fur all over the place. I think he does it on purpose!
