the toning of the reverse is substantially different from the front. Apart from that, the rim looks rather odd from 2 o'clock to 7 o'clock.

I saw an Indian cent yesterday graded Details Rim Damage by PCGS and it just had rim Cuds and a huge Rim Fin.
