What do you grade this coin? Looks about VF-20 or 25 to me.

I'd take a stab at VF20. Little bit of a rim ding at 1 o'clock on the reverse. seems not to bad though.

There's some rim damage at 11 o'clock on the obverse as well. It looks like this coin had a bad fall. Would that detail it?

The obverse rim does not look deformed from a hit as is seen of the reverse. Is this a small Cud, I'm not sure what to make of it?
