Yokozuna Pillar of the Community United States 4618 Posts	Posted 06/11/2024 11:48 am This 95% copper cent shows an interesting toning split between the die struck area and the unstruck area of the planchet. The toning on the unstruck area makes me wonder if it had toned to the dark color before it was struck. This coin is slightly bent and displays an area of circular color difference in the unstruck area as seen in this off-center coin http://goccf.com/t/466931 While I can't yet say positively what cause this difference, I'm again leaning towards a Wheel Mark.
