Washington quarter is a Centered Broad Strike error. The coin was struck without the retaining collar in place. The diameter of this coin is 26.21 mm instead of the 24.3 mm diameter of a normal quarter.
It hard to catch just how much luster this coin displays. It has a nice cartwheel effect when rotated under almost any light source.
There's an area running from K-11 across to K-1 that looks like the obverse die may have been slightly Collar Clashed.
