2000-D Mass Quarter Possible Extra Hair

This one is the 2000-D Massachusetts Quarter. It is similar, although smaller, to the 2001-P North Carolina WDDO-001. Thank you for taking the time to view. Report this Post to the Staff

I also see additional lines between Washington's ponytail and IN GOD WE TRUST and at the top of the Y in LIBERTY running at the same angle that could also be feeder finger related.
