I'm not sure what I've already posted (it's hard to search) so I can't post an example right now without worrying about repeating, but Poland-Lithuania, at least, had actual denars into the 16th century (tiny billon coins). Not sure about the 17th, or Prussia.

Be warned, the more pages a topic has, the long it takes for the printer friendly page to render.  |

Ok well I'm not so sure @jbuck, but I'll do what I can to at least get us close. Here is a dated, uniface Pfennig from Öttingen:   "If you climb a good tree, you get a push."
