Identifying doubled dies. Areas I've seen in researching look less like them than those that I'm pretty certain are. Mainly my idea of a doubled die turns out to be Die Deterioration. This appears to be 2009 FY DDO-009 as referenced by variety vista. I saw some of the markers but not all of them. Am I any closer or should I just "go eat a bug"?

Sorry about the last 2 pictures. My phone camera , or operator , needs an update.

Your coin isn't a Doubled Die. It's not showing that strong extra thickness on Liberty. The doubling and the markers both have to match.

..I ate a Cicada when I was 8 years old on a dare. It was completely nasty believe me!
(i actually only ate 1/2 of it, but got $5). I suggest a smaller bug of some kind.
