A Couple Of Horses Behinds. 2006 Nevada Quarter- Die Chips On Incuse & Raised Devices.

(Not the political kind) 2006 Nevada quarter with die chips on incuse and raised devices. Since I'm on quarters, I thought I'd share a quarter that has been struck with tired dies. I just thought it was neat to see these numerous chips and filled letters, not just in the hair or on his face. The horses on the reverse have chips on the buttocks (as Forrest would say), with the long chip on the upper horse extending into the branches that touch it. (It almost looks like equine "cow chips".) "The Silver State" has quite a few, as well as the designer's initials into Washingtons ponytail and IGWT. Again, Thanks for looking and enjoy.
