Coin appears to be a mid die state. The gouge on Jefferson's face is plain, but the secondary markers above E Pluribus are missing. The paired doubling below the triangle and door frame are unmistakable, although the bit along the left door frame has been worn by circulation.

Actually, I noticed that in the bottom-up detection picture, the left part of the DDR is visible along the left edge of the door frame. It probably didn't show up well in the normal pic because that line was parallel to the light source.
