Hello, I can't find any coins or info about this error. I found one but it was the obverse missing and appeared to have a lot of scratches like it had been removed manually. This one you can tell was never stamped and you can still see the grooves of the planchet like a record. Can anyone help? The brown stuff on the coin was there when I got it and I did not want to clean it. Hope someone can help.

Seems like you are both right. Should have thought about the grooves and weight. Thank you for the reply. Some people just trying to get over on people with fake errors. Thanks again!

nope, you are correct, this one was not done with a sanger or a grinder, but rather a lathe - you can see the 'lathe-lines' circulating the coin. a fresh planchet will not have these marks.

The rim is also missing - it is possible that someone was trying to make a Magicians coin with it.
