I still have the most frustrating, clouded, let's call it what it really is...plain ignorant perception of this evil, demonstrative,
Crotch kicking phenomenon called Machine Doubling and how it differs from some of your milder doubled die varieties!! Take for instance, this '61 Jefferson I just found at the bottom of a completely separate phenomenon called the wife's purse (momentarily retired, with a gang of friends) and it's ability to hold the shear volume of useless nonsense, but almost always has a double handful of coins amongst the other "contents"! The BAR error is what caught my attention, but some of the doubling is still really difficult for me to distinguish what's machine & what's die doubling! I've been told on countless occasions the definition of both, but then I'll pull up a known variety, compare to what's Machine Doubling and in some cases, they look the exact same to my novice eyes!! That's why there's the additional photos attached, I once again had a gut punch after discovering there's not a DDO or DDR for this year/mint issue!

Am I at least correct on this being a BAR variety, because I can't really find one that matches on VV's page? Also, is there another site that recognizes the BAR varieties, other than Variety Vista? Thanks in advance for any insight and apologize for the extra pics of apparent MD & DDD, just wish the person(s) responsible for whatever takes place, that results in MD, loses sight in at least one eye!! I'm not so cruel as to wish for both, just one eye will suffice!

Looks like Die Deterioration Doubling. I think you have the Bar error though.
