With a loupe I can see this but cannot tell what it is. At first I thought it might be a feint die crack but it seems the lower portion of the door is a touch higher than the upper portion. O don't know what to make of it.

I'm thinking it is circulation hits. It is at the same angle as that bigger hit on the edge of the door.
