1896 Morgan With Odd Date - Coin Community Forum

wwhitman Pillar of the Community United States 1415 Posts	Posted 07/07/2024 3:47 pm It has been awhile since I have been here. Anyway I was perusing some coins and came across the Morgan. The date, the '6' seems to have some struck under the '6' The item does not seem to be a duplicate '6' as the item is curved the wrong way. Does anybody have a guess?
