Hey guys is that a die chip on the mint mark or PMD and die crack on neck?

Just seeing circulation flattening, on the mint mark.

A hit mark on neck and many things could have made the mint mark look like that. Yes maybe a small die chip then getting hit, flattening as stated, a hit from top pushing metal to lower area. Who knows for sure, so many options but coin has no extra value in any case.
