quite abit of circulation wear on yours, might not be able to see such a minor RPM because of that.
Yours looks more like a broken post on the MM.

Too circulated to make an accurate call but I'm thinking it isn't. The broken post has nothing to do with the RPM.

EDIT: Check location of the Mintmark.

This cent is too far worn to make an RPM determination - but it does appear like the post was broken..
