I like the sharp split plate doubling and the slight shadows of some devices (like VDB) showing in the zinc. I wonder if this coin got caught somewhere in the machinery and possibly tumbled or rubbed for a while, because of the missing copper plating on all of the sharp edges on the coin. I don't think I've seen that particular anomaly on an off-center strike before. Another coin I'd be proud to have in my collection! Congratulations! Now I'll have to take more pictures of coins in MY collection to post on the CCF! Sorry, Bobby. What else you got? Keep 'em coming!
