Olbia. The legend is pretty distinctive and I'm pretty sure that's a dolphin next to it.
EDIT: Wildwinds says SNG BMC 418 (whatever that means). "Olbia, AE8, 1.07 gr. ca 350-330 BC. Laureate head of Apollo right / OΛBIO, beneath dolphin swimming right, barley corn at top left. SNG BM Black Sea 418."
