Brand new, and have been studying coins for about 6 months and would love some help, please!!!
I have 2 1976 D Bicentennial Quarters:
Coin A- Lettering on United States Of America , like on the I is thicker at top and narrows at the bottom!!!

1976-D-Bicentennial-Quarters

Coin B- in regards to the lettering has an obvious difference, the lettering does not narrow, is thicker and more uniform top to bottom!!!

Not sure if you will be able to see the pics, but here we go!!!

If that is indeed an anomaly then it is probably just caused by die polishing.

You need to post an image of the full coin face.

That said, often poor metal flow results in spatula letters around the coin perimeter. This discussion outlines that phenomenon fairly well:

Please one coin per topic to avoid confusion.
are the 2 images of the 2 different coins? can't tell.
we need full coin images of both sides then a close up of areas of concern.
