your obv photo is too dark to grade. the horizontal hairlines on the obv at K10 and the haloing around the rev devices is indicating the coin was cleaned.

based on what I can see and mainly using the rev the coin looks maybe VF35 details (cleaned/scratched) . maybe $15

i wanted to add to my comment that if the coin is in fact bent then that changes everything regarding the value of the coin as it would be considered PMD and now the coin would not be deemed collectable but just a filler.
