Well, I thought it was MS when I bought it. I didn't see any ED, and am surprised that it would be considered details, looks like many others that I've seen slabbed MS. It's going in the Dansco nonetheless.

If that was PVC damage it would have easily come off with the cleaning.

I think it details UNC. Looks like some neutralized corrosion remains however dark staining on reverse indicative of past clean/corrosion removal. Angled photos are probably hiding how bad it really is.
I swing a metal detector and have a knack for finding dirty old coins.
