That's PMD. There's many ways a coin can get damaged in circulation. Sometimes we can tell how, but other times we can't.

You haven't actually asked a question. If your question is, "Is this an error coin?", then the answer is "no".

I can't tell if the graininess is on the actual coin, or a result of the very low-res pictures, if if the coin is actually grainy-looking, then heat/fire is a likely explanation.

The curved impressions on the obverse are likely from something being squeezed or impressed into this coin. Or, given the "heat" hypothesis above, perhaps the coin became so hot it started to soften and bend around whatever it was sitting on top of.

Whatever the cause, there is no way that such damage can occur during the striking of the coin. It is therefore not a mint error.
