1955 S LWC Errors On OBV I Have A Question

Hi, I have this 1955 S BIE error. I would like to know what the error on Lincoln's vest would be called. Can you call it a pre Cud if it is not on the rim? Let me know and thanks, Frank B.

The break on the vest would be labeled a retained interior die break, or RIDB.

That one is Cohen BA105. BA107 is the next stage and has a die crack from the tip of left wheat to the rim. It is listed in Cuds on Coins as LDB4-1955S-007E 4BL+ and you can see it about 2/3 down the page here:
