I flipped this coin over the same way, and noticed it is upside down. Is this an error?

Vegas107, you need to re-name your images. Also, post pictures of your coins in front of a mirror. Here is how I've done it:

Could be a rotated die. A picture using a mirror showing both obverse and reverse at the same time would tell for sure.

To my experience, rotated dies on 1864 copper cents and Two Cent Pieces are fairly common. The degree of rotation can be as much as 180 degrees. A modest premium can often be realized on this minor error.
