Looks like 2nd half 4th century type to me, not much to go on, but hopefully someone has an idea!

It's a one standard GLORIA EXERCITVS reverse. The bust is pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed; which means it is not Constantine I, but one of his sons or possibly nephew.
