Hey

I have the opportunity to buy some well worn common date morgans. I was wondering what a good ballpark price for these would be? Also what about a common date well worn large cent?

Thanks

Hi stumpy,

here is a good site for finding fair buy and sell values.
http://www.numismedia.com/fmv/fmv.shtml

you can click through each year and each coin. It's a really great site.

... if you take 20-30% off. Their values are almost always high, but its a great starting point. I always check there first.

I would say well worn common date morgans would go for $12-18 each depending on condition and demand.

It depends on your definition of well worn.
I'd say $10 to sttart and take from there.

Same goes with the large cent. $5-10? Is well worn an AG or a VG? Big difference.
