2019 5 Cent Possible Mule Obverse

I found a 2019 5 cent that looks really odd. The Obverse is of concern it looks like a $2 coin die, the lettering is too close to the rim and the head is too large. The Rx looks ok.

Any thoughts or opinions?

Looks normal to me. I think I might be seeing some Die Deterioration, but that's it.

common error for the 5 cent 2019 IRB, wrapped die was the cause or at least that's the working theory.

Hi, I was going to start this same year query. I have today found something similar, same year, same queen, but looks like its flaked and has no initials really visible.
