Interesting; see my other reply to your other post, so this is possibly also a wax seal or signet ring inset

Looks like a shield or escutcheon (French-style base with top ears?) decorated at the top with what may be a flower such as a thistle, surmounted by a crown and circlet; an angelic figure standing facing left atop the crown; left of the figure possibly an orb of some sort, and possibly two leaping fish right?

Inside the shield are three... stalks? sheaves? Crude trees or branches of some sort? Flowers? Some other representation of plants?

This might be another good post for @Tdziemia in terms of iconography/hagiographic representations
