Pretty clean fields. I would say MS63 with shot at 64

Hard to see if there's any nice luster from a pic, but I'd say 63 without and 64 with a nice wheeling luster

Reverse is a bit chattery, I think that might hold it back to a 63, but a 64 would not surprise me.

this is actually a decent 91(P) which are normally seen in quite a bit soft and weaker strikes than this. i'll put this in the MS64 box

Most here have the same feeling as I do, 63/64. This is in an ICG MS-64 holder, and yes, it is a VAM-2. The problem is this is one of those coins that has a decent spread between the grades.
