Possibly a coin of one of the Indian sultanates such as Dehli, Bahmani, Gujarat, or Malwa.

Because the rounded bottoms of Arabic letters go downward, for easier identification the first photo should be rotated 90 degrees clockwise (and focused better) and the second photo should be rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise. It's preferable if diameters are simply stated.
