Here I have provided 4 images of each side rotated 360°,in 90° increments to the light source. If this helps any let me know. If not, I will stick to one image of each side. This one appears to me to have original luster that hourglasses nicely around the coin.
My grade estimate would be MS62. Toning may bring a slight premium. Probably a VAM-84a - look for the subtle "E" clash under the tail feathers, but that disappears in later die states which this appears to be.
