AU and I'd leave it as is. I don't think it would end up well if it were conserved/cleaned.

not FH. Not cleaned. eye appeal not the best. technically i'd call it AU58 but I'm netting it to a 55 value wise

The coin looks AU details. Unfortunately, there is a lot of surface damage in several areas of the coin, but it is most prominent in the area in the photo below.
