I found this $5 bill with green ink splatters on the front and back that matches the same color ink used in the printing. Error or not? Is it worth keeping?
Interesting. I would need to examine it in person and believe that it might have happened at the Bureau. Authentication would cost you just under $50, but unfortunately the value wouldn't be much more than that.
