Hello again!

I have a 1985 penny with some raised mountain like portions raising from out of the coin. I don't think this would be circulation damage, since the "mountains" are raised vs being indented into the coin. I could be wrong but again, I would love some help! Thank yall!!

Ps I tried to upload the best close ups I could, but I can add more if yall want me to!

My thought is a plating issue.
