With that weight, coin was most certainly sanded down and then put back into circulation.

@Gamezcal  As mentioned above, the reverse appears to be sanded/whizzed down, deliberate PMD.

One thing, if it was a Greaser, there would still be a rim . Yours has the rim removed and what's there is just circulation hits to make it look like there's a rim.
